KYC and Transaction Data

  • 7 years: All KYC documents, transaction records, amounts, recipient details, and payment confirmations in line with regulatory requirements
  • 1 year: Transaction receipts and confirmations for customer support

Communication Data

  • Up to 12 months: Chat messages and bot interactions, unless earlier deletion is requested
  • 30 days: Voice notes and audio data (processed immediately, then deleted)
  • 6 months: Support conversations and customer service interactions

Analytics & Technical Data

  • Indefinitely: Anonymized data used for analytics or AI model training without personally identifiable markers
  • 1 year: Error logs and technical diagnostics
  • 90 days: Temporary session data and cache information
